**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
We are expanding our team and looking for a reliable and hands-on Centre Manager to oversee daily operations at our tuition centre. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading a team, making things run smoothly, and helping others grow.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Front Desk & Customer Service: Be the welcoming face of the Centre-greet visitors, handle inquiries, and support parents and students throughout their journey.
- Sales & Enrolment: Develop and implement strategies to attract new students, manage registrations, and guide families through the enrolment and payment process.
- Operations Management: Ensure smooth daily operations, maintain schedules, manage supplies, and uphold a clean, organized environment.
- Administrative Support: Maintain accurate student records, prepare reports, and coordinate with teaching staff for seamless class operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Teaching & Curriculum Team to support student success and contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture.
- Training & Leadership: Lead and support a team of teachers and admin staff, ensuring everyone is aligned and performing well. Train, guide, and mentor new team members to help them succeed in their roles
- Reporting: Keep the Manager updated on key issues and provide regular performance updates.

**Who We’re Looking For**:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Experience in sales, enrolment, or admin roles (education sector preferred)
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role (experience in education or tuition centres is a plus)
- Strong people skills — able to motivate, guide, and communicate clearly with different team members
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Proficient in MS Office
**Work Location & Schedule**:
- Rostered across our outlets (Bukit Timah, Lorong Chuan, Kembangan)
- Option 1: 4 weekdays (1:00pm-9:00pm) and 1 weekend (8:30am-6:30pm)
- Option 2: 3 weekdays (1:00pm-9:00pm) and 2 weekends (8:30am-6:30pm)
