Singapore LEARNING PIE EDUCATION CENTRE PTE. LTD. Full time

We have 3 centres next to each other, offering Math, English and Chinese classes for students aged 4-12 years old respectively.

We are currently looking for a **Full-Time Tuition Centre Manager **to manage these 3 centres.

You will be in charge of the day-to-day operation of our 3 centres and your duties include:

- Conducting regular Math / English / Chinese classes for our students
- Managing and training of part-time and full-time tutors and admin staff
- Managing the students and attending to parents’ complaints and feedback
- Planning, printing, creating and marking of worksheets
- Answering enquiries from parents (walk-ins, calls or messages)
- Scheduling of new classes, make-up classes and planning yearly term calendars
- Administering assessments to potential students
- Planning and executing student recruitment drives. marketing campaigns, etc
- Preparing sales report, termly enrollment report, etc for the Management
- Meeting the KPIs set by the Management
- Other administrative and managerial duties as required

**Requirements**:

- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Cheerful and passionate to work with young children (N2 to P6)
- Strong organisation skills and a good team player
- Able to work independently and have good initiative
- Prior teaching experience is an advantage

**Working hours**:

- Monday to Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday to Friday: 2pm - 9pm
- Saturday to Sunday: 8.30am - 6pm
