
Tuition Centre Manager

**Responsibilities**
- In charge of the front desk and all administrative duties
- Provide professional course consultation and excellent customer service to prospective customers
- Process student registrations and payments
- Communicating with parents on the new tuition schedules for every start of the semesters or academic year
- Work closely with the curriculum head in student placements and scheduling of classes
- Sales management for all student recruitment and post-sales activities
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers
- Oversees and regularly reviews the operations and academic functions
- Assist in marketing strategies and business planning, increasing company profit
- Support the operation to lead the centre towards its goal and objective
- Control budget expenditures
- Prepare monthly reports
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Company.
**Requirements**:
- Minimally a diploma or degree in a relevant discipline
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, to handle English and Mandarin speaking customers
- Confident and tactful in handling customer’s needs
- Passionate in providing excellent customer service
- Possess good communication skills
- Possess positive and pleasant disposition
- Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures
- Has a good eye for details
- Excellent team player with a people-oriented personality
- Have basic marketing knowledge
- Applicants with experience working in tuition or enrichment centres have an added advantage
- Work hours: 5-day work week, _able to work on weekends_
