STUDENT CARE CENTRE LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED STUDENT CARE CENTRE MANAGER

**CENTRE MANAGER (Student Care Centre / Tuition Centre)**

**Key roles and responsibilities**
- Manage operations of tuition/enrichment programmes and student care to ensure day-to-day operational efficiency
- Streamline operational procedures
- Manage all staff under your charge by maintaining and/or building an effective team
- Facilitate parents’ feedback and assume point of contact for dispute resolution
- To handle walk-ins and new enquiries on the services provided by the centre
- To handle parents’/students’ enquires on class timings/ services/ etc
- To assist with liaising work with parents and students on any changes to schedule
- Provide relief/ take on tuition classes should the need arise
- Planning of manpower and staffing
- Report and update management periodically on operations
- Any other operational duties as assigned.

**Skills & Experience**
- Degree/ Diploma/ A levels/ WSQ qualification in Student Care Operations
- Preferably with prior tutoring experience
- Enjoy being with children
- Good communication skills in corresponding with pupils, parents and staff
- Be systematic and organized in handling administrative and management work
- Good grades in O level/ A level

**Working Days**:5 Days Workweek
**Working Hours**:Weekdays 1130pm-730pm, Weekends 9am-6pm
