In 2019, Citi employee volunteers contributed more than 1 million volunteer hours around the world. **In this role, you’re expected to**: - Provide a proactive service role to our clients and a supporting role to the FX PB Client - Executive team in the daily processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of all FX transactions - Main point of contact for client / administrator operational inquiries - Monitoring of all FXPB clients related trading within the FXPB matching system - Participate in the reduction of erroneous errors - Help Optimize trading flows by seeking operational efficiency - Client service experience or retail banking experience - Middle Office or Operations background a plus - Work experience in the Financial Services Industry is a benefit - Displays a well-developed ability to schedule work and understand relative priorities - Team oriented personality, thrives in a team environment and can also work independently - Demonstrates sound judgement and professionalism in decision making/problem solving, escalating to supervisor as appropriate Working at Citi is far more than just a job.
