**Your Mission**: As our Senior Product Manager, you'll drive the strategic vision and execution of our Telegram gaming ecosystem. Your core responsibilities will include:

- Leading product strategy, roadmap creation, and execution to build highly engaging, monetizable games within Telegram.
- Balancing user acquisition, retention, and monetization strategies to optimize player experience and commercial success.
- Defining clear, compelling game experiences that bridge casual fun and competitive excitement, leveraging skill-based mechanics and reward-driven gameplay.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—development, design, analytics, and marketing—to deliver innovative features and content.
- Conducting rigorous analysis of player behavior and market trends, translating insights into actionable improvements.
- Managing and mitigating risks associated with live operations, feature development, and player engagement.
- Creating and maintaining a high-performing, collaborative team culture throughout the development lifecycle.

**We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have**:

- A proven track record managing and growing successful gaming products, ideally within mobile, casual gaming, social casino, or instant-play platforms.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, retention strategies, monetization models, and live operations.
- Strong analytical capabilities, able to derive meaningful insights from data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A keen interest or prior experience in web3, NFTs, or reward-based gaming economies.
- Comfort and adaptability working in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.

**Bonus Points for**:

- Direct experience managing games on messaging platforms or Telegram bots.
- Experience working on successful free-to-play or reward-driven games with significant user bases.
- Hands-on familiarity with Unity 3D.
- Prior experience with web3 gaming economies, token launches, or NFT integrations.
