**Challenges**
- Responsible for the accurate and timely closing of a portfolio of accounts monthly, comprising the AP, AR and General Ledger function and including the preparation of audit schedules.
- Assist in the preparation of group consolidated accounts.
- Ensure intercompany transactions are reconciled and prepare intercompany
elimination for group consolidation.
- Preparation of remittances/cheques for payments of expenses and staff claims.
- Assist in preparation of monthly management reports.
- Support the annual budgeting exercise.
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretarial agents where required.
- Assist in new processes and system implementation when required.
- Ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

**What it takes**:

- At least “A” level or Diploma holder.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience and able to handle full set of accounts.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
- A self-starter with a positive mindset who is able to plan, organize and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.
- Meticulous, analytical and independent worker.
- Good proficiency level in written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese for communication with overseas subsidiaries.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Experience in consolidation and real estate industry would be an advantage.
