Ion / Etrading Developers

Experienced ION system consultant along with development experience is required to join our front office development team responsible for building and Integration out the Credit trading platform.
- Contribute to the architecture and design of a strategic high-performing, multi-asset class ION Trading platform with flexible analytics and data visualization. Contribute to the buildup of key platform infrastructure and functional frameworks
- Support maintaining and enhancing the existing Credit platforms and the migration to the strategic ION platform
- Follow established software engineering best practices to ensure code quality, platform performance, stability and scalability
- Work with global teams to align end to end delivery
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand cross-functional requirements and convert them into reusable service components
- Assist Level 3 production support.

**Skills**:

- Experience with administration and maintenance of PXE component which involves configuring new ECNs, Models and pricing analytics.
- Experience in support in the ION Trade flow Audit and analytics components
- Working experience in ION API - Java development and interface with ION Sysadmin and MMI. Application development experience in developing distributed mission-critical Trading or Transactional Analytics systems based on core Java and Java EE. ION.NET, Open_mmi experience in trading systems support for the Fixed Income Credit Trading Desks.
- Being part of the team that support and release of the ION.NET / JAVA API Trading system and ION Platform, which handles the straight processing of Dealerweb, Tradeweb, Bloomberg, Brokertec, and eSpeed trades.
- Experience in Fixed Income products including Government /Corporate Bonds, Interest Rate Swaps/Credit Default Swaps and Credit Products. Broad exposure to Fixed Income front-office trading flows and electronic markets.
- Extensive experience in architecting and implementation of a highly scalable, robust, low latency and multi-threaded system, using micro services, that would enable business stakeholders to hedge book and security risks in real time based on a few algorithmic strategies
- Experience in eTrading/Quantitative development team implementing highly complex research products across all aspects of price discovery and electronic trading.
- Developing and architecting Custom negotiation engine and Auto negotiation strategy for the electronic trading platforms.
- Experience in developing or supporting depth-based pricing generation to respond to clients, based on the RFQ and the available market liquidity ( Quote Management).
- Managed the D2D Order Management gateways across multiple brokers ( such as Brokertec, Espeed, Fenics,DealerWeb) covering Order creation/Cpature, routing, execution and post trade activities.
- Working experience in ION API Java development and interface with ION Sysadmin and MMI is an added plus
- Extensive experience in ION technology MMI/SysAdmin and Front Office trading systems and processes, Pricing and Risk Management. Extensive experience in managing the D2D/ D2C gateways, Market connectivity and resolving client/trader queries is an added plus
