As an Executive / Assistant Manager, Leasing at ION Orchard, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the leasing operations of our retail spaces. You will be responsible for securing suitable tenants, negotiating lease agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with retailers to ensure the mall's occupancy and revenue targets are met.

Responsibility

  • Identify and attract potential tenants through market research, networking, and outreach efforts to fill vacant retail spaces
  • Negotiate lease terms and agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring alignment with the mall's financial and operational objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential tenants, providing excellent customer service and addressing any concerns or inquiries
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for tenant mix enhancement
  • Prepare and present leasing reports, including occupancy rates, rental income, and market trends, to the Leasing Manager and other stakeholders
  • Ensure all leasing activities comply with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 of experience in retail leasing. Candidates with more experience will be considered for an Assistant Manager role
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to make informed leasing decisions
  • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving leasing goals
