Senior Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**
- Fulfil the assigned Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Proficient in the presentation and selling of designated products and services.
- Proficient in the company’s lead generation, selling, and conversion processes.
- Proficient in the management of events - bookings, amendments, payments, and reviews.
- Ensure clients remit agreed payments promptly to reduce exposure to financial risks.
- Review the performance of the assigned portfolio and present solutions to gaps periodically.
- Gather and share intelligence within local anti-competition rules to benefit business planning.
- Foster collaborative relationships with key-linkage and operational teams.
- Collaborate and optimize revenues with the Revenue Manager.
- Attend client events and provide service as and when needed.
- Respond to internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
- Adhere to statutory regulations and internal guidelines and Standard Operating ProceduresPerform any other duties assigned by the supervisor, carrying them out with diligently and professionally

**Requirements**:
- Minimum diploma in any field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales role within hotels.
