**Business Development Manager - ERP**:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Professional**to join our client as a **Business Development Manager**. In this pivotal role, you will drive revenue growth through new business acquisition and strategic account expansion, focusing on enterprise clients. Your ability to engage at the **CXO level**, manage complex sales cycles, and articulate compelling value propositions will be critical to your success. This position demands a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and a passion for innovation in **ERP, Process & Intelligent Automation, and Cloud Services**.

**Key Objectives**:

- Champion our portfolio of services, including **SAP (S/4HANA), Enterprise Content Management, Automation,**and **Cloud platforms**to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that align with organizational goals and drive measurable success.
- Build and foster strategic relationships with enterprise clients, leveraging consultative sales approaches to deliver impactful solutions.

**Core Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Sales Execution**:Identify high-potential prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualification calls, and close new business opportunities.
- **New Business Acquisition**:Develop and execute a strategic plan for securing new logos within defined markets, showcasing a deep understanding of our offerings.
- **Value-Based Selling**:Use a consultative, solution-focused approach to manage all aspects of complex sales cycles, positioning the company as a trusted partner.
- **Thought Leadership**:Evangelize the company's value proposition both internally and externally, fostering alignment and enthusiasm across stakeholders.
- **Executive-Level Engagement**:Prepare persuasive proposals, presentations, and reports for C-suite audiences, highlighting innovative solutions tailored to their needs.
- **Event Leadership**:Organize and participate in **workshops, events, summits,**and market research activities to position the company as a market leader.
- **Bid Management**:Lead large-scale deals and bid processes, collaborating with product principals and internal teams to craft winning strategies.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proven Track Record**:5-7 years of enterprise sales experience in **SAP, EIM, or Automation Solutions,**with a demonstrated ability to consistently exceed sales targets.
- **CXO Engagement**:Strong expertise in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives, leveraging strategic influence to drive business outcomes.
- **Sales Expertise**:Skilled in both **hunting**for new business and **farming**existing accounts, with a solid consultative sales approach.
- **Communication Excellence**:Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and problem-solving skills that inspire confidence and trust.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**:Deep commitment to understanding client needs and delivering tailored, impactful solutions.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A proven ability to achieve quotas above 100%, demonstrating an exceptional aptitude for closing deals.
- Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and address complex customer requirements effectively.
