DESIGNATION : Assistant/Manager, Sales

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
- Consult customers marketing needs and provide value-based customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals.
- Liaise with marketing teams to devise and implement sales campaigns
- Manage sales pipeline and provide accurate and timely reports.
- Build and grow your knowledge of the industry, customer, and developments in the Beer and F&B sector to maximise on potential opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
- Improve retention and growth of existing business.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 4 - 5 years of proven sales track record within B2C events.
- Established relationship with food, beer, winery or alcohol industry.
- A proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
- Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and spoken communication skills.
- Meticulous, detailed, resourceful, independent and a good team player.
