Reporting to Senior Manager in Singapore
- Achieve sales goals and objectives (by brand, country or category) inclusive of quarterly targets, due diligence obligations related to thorough knowledge of product and prospective clients
- Management of clients inclusive ensuring full compliance on Licensors’ policies, procedures, guidelines and supporting licensees in fulfilling obligations and maximizing performance.
- Conduct regular business review with key licensees to ensure product development, product penetration to all distribution channels, advertising and promotion plans are rolled out as per contractual obligations
- Work closely with marketing team to cultivate and direct key retail accounts on behalf of Licensor and its partners.
- Work with team and partners to devise a meaningful marketing calendar to promote the licensed products and use appropriate and approved marketing collaterals to support products at retail.
- Ensure that licensees remit the License Fee and submit monthly/quarterly royalty report on time

**Requirements**:

- Tertiary educated in relevant field
- At least 3 years in sales or marketing and related brand management responsibilities, preferably from the Retail, Consumer Product or Fashion industry.
- Track record of sales achievement
- Strong organizational and presentation skills
- Presentable and diplomatic in handling multinational clients from all levels
- Creative, team player and sense of urgency
- Office: Cityhall/Central | Mon - Fri; 9am to 6pm
- Monthly Salary + Performance Bonus
