Health Services Manager

This position reports to the director and interfaces with the therapist and staff in the clinic. The Clinical Director plays a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the stroke therapy center, ensuring the delivery of high-quality therapy services, and fostering a supportive environment for both patients and staff. With a focus on promoting optimal patient outcomes and adhering to regulatory standards, the Clinical Director contributes to the success and growth of the stroke therapy center at KJ Therapy.
Individual to be involved in:
- providing overall direction and management for the service, facility, organisation or centre
- directing, supervising and evaluating the work activities of medical, nursing, technical, clerical, service, maintenance, and other personnel
- establishing objectives and evaluative or operational criteria for units they manage
- developing, implementing and monitoring procedures, policies and standards for medical, nursing, technical and administrative staff
- monitoring the use of diagnostic services, inpatient beds, facilities, and staff to ensure effective use of resources and assess the need for additional staff, equipment, and services
- liaising with other health and welfare service providers, boards and funding bodies to coordinate the provision of services
- advising government bodies about measures to improve health and welfare services and facilities
- representing the organisation in negotiations, and at conventions, seminars, public hearings and forums
**Requirements**:
1. Full knowledge of company products and services, competitive landscape as well as market and industry trends
2. Proficiency in administering various stroke therapy techniques include a range of therapies such as physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and emotional support
3. Proficient in documenting patient information, treatment plans, and progress accurately and maintaining detailed patient records.
