**The role, at a glance**:
Developing and responsible for that all Biamp product lines are represented successfully in the SEA marketplace. Develop and plan for the introduction and or go to market strategy for each product line in close co-operation with our existing channel partners.
The Biamp Southeast Asia Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing the strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly growth targets and sales objectives for the region. This individual must have the knowledge, skills, and abilities to lead our channel partners to achieve their respective sales goals, focusing on accountability and continuous improvement.
**How you’ll contribute**:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales growth targets.
- Improve on our strong liaison between Biamp and our partners, build relations with our channel partners, dealers/integrators, the specifier community, and end-users.
- Always being on the lookout for ideas and programs that will strengthen our business and provide input directly to company headquarters for consideration.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity and provide timely feedback to the company.
- Development and execution of key account plans.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop executable plans to win new business.
- Develop, support, and deliver both internal and external high-quality Quarterly Business Reviews internally and in cooperation with channel partners.
- Actively participate in industry trade show events and regional channel partner events.
- Develop business plans for the Biamp’s product portfolio in the marketplace.
- Look for potential fast growth opportunities in vertical markets such as Loudspeakers, UC Room bundles, Paging, Sound Masking and other technologies emerging technologies.
- 5+ years’ experience from the Pro audio-visual market.
- BS or BA degree is required. MBA degree highly desired.
- Prior work experience with well-known manufacturer selling in the SEA place.
- Experience with market development of the Audio-visual Pro market such as DSP, Control, loudspeakers and installed audio systems, in a wide range of vertical markets.
- A thorough understanding of local business processes including importing, logistics and supply chain.
- Understands the culture of global companies and working remotely.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated, develops detailed plans and executes effectively.
- Deep understanding of sales process and CRM usage.
- Ability to develop go-to market strategy for new products and new offices in a high-tech environment.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required.
- Strong passion for developing channel partners to expand their skills and realize their full potential.
- Participation in formal sales training.
- Position located in Singapore. Active passport required.
**Work Environment**:
- Up to 50% travel.
