**Title: Sr Contracts Administrator.**

**Location: Singapore.**

Manage in-house contract management system intake queues for APAC region and provide necessary legal support to internal stakeholders
- Provide legal review, track changes, deviation or/and negotiate terms & conditions for commercial agreements (mainly in customer’s paper) - this includes Sales/Purchase contracts, NDA, RFQ, RFPs as well as other associated/ancillary contract documents for internal or external
- Analyse existing agreements' terms & conditions and propose or/and negotiate changes or other measures to minimize legal exposure and risk of company
- Oversee and administer entire contract execution process from initial request through contract activation
- Provide support to internal stakeholders on contractual clarifications and Contract management process guidelines
- Work cross functionally to maintain alignment and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders (mainly with Sales, Deal Desk and Legal)
- Ensure all contract activities are retained accurately to system
- React with appropriate urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround
- Back-up for team member
- Any other ad hoc matters as required

**About You**
- 3 ~ 7 years experience in a paralegal, contracts management, legal operations role either in-house or at a law firm
- Experience in contract deviation, negotiation, drafting commercial agreements and resolving contractual issues and commercial risk management
- Good understanding of laws and regulations in Australia is added advantage
- Experience in industries such as software, manufacturing services is desirable
- Able to prioritize, focus and deliver quick turnaround and manage multiple contracts at once
- Able to work with mínimal supervision and maintain & control over all assigned work requests
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate between cross-functional teams
