Sr Manager (contract till Mar 2027) – Tan Tock Seng Hospital We are seeking an experienced financial manager to oversee hospital finance functions, leading performance analysis, cost management, revenue and subvention issues, and pricing & costing of services. This contract role ends March 2027. Responsibilities Analytical reviews of hospital operating performance. Prepare and analyze financial reports, highlight exceptions and recommend improvement actions. Improve finance processes and information systems, including management information systems. Train and assist cost‐centre managers in budget analysis and preparation. Monitor cost improvement opportunities and collaborate with department heads to enhance performance. Provide profitability analysis by discipline and DRGs. Evaluate new projects and capital investments, ensuring proper cash management and internal controls. Manage revenue and subvention issues: analyze trends, ensure accurate booking of income, timely submissions, and system integrity. Review pricing policies and submit fee revision proposals. Maintain and review the data‐warehouse costing information system. Qualifications Degree in Accountancy or Finance, or a recognised professional qualification in accountancy. At least 8 years of relevant work experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity. Change‐agent mindset, capable of fostering a collegial, effective teamwork environment and driving hospital‐wide initiatives. Ability to represent the hospital at meetings on financial topics. #J-18808-Ljbffr
