We are looking for an amazingly well-rounded Senior Accountant, CFO Services to help quickly grow our business in Singapore

The Senior Accountant, CFO Services is responsible for assisting the Accounting Department and reporting to the Portfolio manager.

The responsibilities of the Senior Accountant, CFO Services is to provide end-to-end accounting services - from recording day-to-day financial transactions and complete posting processes, verifying accuracy of transactions in ledger, performing partial check of posting processes, and performing bank reconciliation, to preparing financial statement analysis and presenting financial performance and variance analysis to clients.

The Senior Accountant, CFO Services is also tasked to enter data, maintain records, launch reports, process accounts receivables and payables, and assist to prepare the management accounts, work with clients to set budgets and forecasts, and review on a periodic basis the performance of the business, give recommendations, and propose and implement solutions.

**Position Duties**:

- In charge of maintaining full sets of books for a portfolio of clients including preparing payments, bank reconciliations, fixed assets, raising journals and preparing financial reports in the Xero accounting system.
- Gain familiarity with client industry and business models for ease of understanding and advisory.
- Prepare, discuss and present periodic financial statement analysis, budgets, and forecasts to clients.
- Discuss, propose, and implement financial process improvements including use of automation and tools.
- Advise on best practices for accounting and financial reporting.
- Advise on basic tax regulations in Singapore.
- Prepare Unaudited Financial Statements, tax computations, GST quarterly submissions, monthly CPF submission and payroll support for clients.
- Other ad-hoc accounting related duties.

- Recognised degree in Accountancy.
- CPA, ACCA, CA or other recognised professional qualification is essential.
- Preferably 4-5 years of relevant working experience, mainly in financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and have worked directly under the supervision of a CFO or directly advising a CEO on financial matters.
- Analytical and able to communicate financial insights in an engaging and interactive manner.
- Experience in business consultancy and client advisory management preferred.
- Good understanding of IFRS, SFRS, Income Tax Act, GST Act and Companies Act.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, quick learner and thinker.
- Self-motivated, confident, positive attitude, proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Excel and Word. Advanced Excel knowledge is preferred.
- Experience with cloud accounting software, Xero will be a definite plus, preferably at least a year of experience in Xero.
- Experience with other software such as Dext, HubSpot, and Fathom.
- Able to meet tight deadlines.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
