WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

This is a really exciting role in an environment that has so much opportunity for a Talent professional. This is a hybrid role combining strategic + tactical elements.

You will manage a team of talent specialists to support Assembly to achieve growth plans in APAC and bring in the best talent in a timely manner in a highly competitive landscape, while implement initiatives and new ideas to take the Assembly's employer branding to the next level and enhance talent experience wherever possible - with the goal to promote Assembly to become the best agency to work.

**Requirements**:
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Talent Acquistion Management (50%)
- Oversee and lead a team of high performing talent specialists to ensure talents are identified in a timely manner.
- Work with the talent team + market leads to ensure hiring priorities
- Establish delivery metrics & KPI for the talent team
- Be the face of Assembly to approach senior talents from your own network, social media channels, and network events
- With the support from the talent team and other vendors, conduct talent mapping in different APAC locations to build a solid talent pool while to ensure competitiveness of Assembly's offering.
- Liaise, partner, and manage mutiple recruitment vendor
- Bring in new ideas and upskill the talent team in attraction, assessment, and sourcing methodoligies

Talent Experience Initiatives (50%)
- Work closely with the Regional People & Talent Director and our OD lead on all round talent experience enhancement projects
- Collaborate with the People Experience team to identify key talent and execute talent development projects
- Lead and come up with talent projects i.e. campus recruitment, trainee program etc. with the goal to enhance employer branding
- Partner with Market Leads on workforce & succession planning, while ensuring a strong talent pipeline

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU
- 6+ years of relevant experience in recruiting in media/ tech/ digital marketing space
- Strong network in media agencies/ similar space
- Experience working in a busy, fast paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask and prioritise work with strong sense of ownership
- First class written and verbal communication skills are essential
- The ability to solve problems using own-initiative
- The ability to work autonomously
- Positive and cooperative attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to work in a culture with diversity
- Proficient using Microsoft Office software packages
