**What you will do**:

- Ensure smooth transport operations of cold-chain shipments across APAC.
- Manage international trade compliance and customs processes, especially for China and India.
- Coordinate logistics for domestic and international deliveries, including drop shipments.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure audit readiness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support logistics flow.
- Monitor project milestones and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze logistics data to optimize performance and costs.

**What we are looking for**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in cold-chain logistics within biotech or pharma.
- Experience with international trade compliance and operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with customs in China.
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and GMP standards.Ability to manage multiple projects and drive process improvements.
