**Responsibilities**: - Support the review of APAC Trade commercial performance vs targets working with Trade sales head. Analyze trends, determine actions and work with regional/country sales teams in implementing these actions. - Prepare management communications, internal review presentations, papers and responses for APAC Trade senior management - Support Trade sales head in monitoring and coordinating deliverables from team members on various projects, MIS, pipeline deals - Work with Trade sales team members in preparation of balance sheet analysis and customized marketing material for client presentations - Work on internal marketing initiatives for trade sales such as teach in sessions, newsletters, periodic updates - Lead client data analytics and work with Sales Heads and sales teams to drive data based origination of client selling opportunities **Competencies**: - Ability to independently deliver on the above responsibilities - Ability to translate strategy, priorities and initiatives in an effective management presentation. - Strong analytical skills, attention to details - Excellent communication skills and ability to work with Exec committee members - Strong team player and relationship management skills - Willingness to take ownership and accountability to execute and deliver on goals; strong commitment to high quality standards - Ability to efficiently prioritize and work under pressure to meet deadlines and team objectives **Qualifications**: - Knowledge of financial services industry and basic credit analysis skills (including basic balance sheet analysis on excel) - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence at all levels - Demonstrated ability to develop materials including presentations for senior leadership - Extremely high level of attention to detail - Demonstrated ability to interact and work with senior leaders across the organization Excellent organization skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize within tight deadlines - Ability to work as part of a team, with a high degree of collaboration with cross functional teams - Ability to influence broadly and think outside the box - An influencer who can communicate clearly and frequently to both technical analysts and non-technical business leaders - Excellent project management skills **Education**: - Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred - **Job Family Group**: Business Strategy, Management & Administration - **Job Family**: Business Administration - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
