**Job Description**:

- Act as key contact point with BMWA to resolve issue related to Warranty
- Responsible for all Cars & Bikes Warranty / Campaign KPIs.
- Responsible for resolving all Cars & Bikes Warranty and Campaign issues
- Responsible for all Cars & Bikes Delivery stop violation
- Responsible for all Cars & Bikes WIP Status
- Prepare the Monthly Reports to Aftersales Director
- Ensure all Cars & Bikes Warranty procedure is in accordance with BMW NSC guidelines.
- Process improvement with implementation to enhance and maintain the quality standards of Warranty.
- Dissemination of New Warranty Implementation / New Guidelines from BMWA to the Service center and Workshop.
- Monitor and evaluate all Cars & Bikes claim rejection to reduce write off settlement with not more than set target
- Monitor on CN weekly rejection monthly on the top 3 rejection, information will be shared to the workshop & service center on the common fault for improvement
- Prepare rejection report to conduct Internal Audit quarterly for all centers
- Monthly Internal Audit for Warranty Parts storage
- Weekly WIP report monitoring to ensure all WIP is closed in a timely manner with reminder send to Service Managers/ Executives to follow up
- Monitor and rectify outstanding WIP with all Service Centers

Job Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in any fields with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in automotive industry
- Proficiency in Computer skills such as Microsoft office
- A team player as well as possess leadership skill
