As a Portfolio Success Manager, you are an integral part of the Founders Team at Iterative. Your users are the founders in whom Iterative has invested. The success of the Iterative Founders Team is measured by the number of founders we assist and the extent to which we help them.
**What You'll Do**:
Our objective is to help the founders we invest in. Your responsibilities encompass:
- Designing, launching, and testing various systems and processes to support founders in our portfolio at scale. This will be the **_primary_**_ scope_ of your role and includes, but is not limited to:
- Enhancing the process of introducing founders to investors.
- Streamlining effective communication and managing support requests from all portfolio companies.
- Execute projects and initiatives from ideation to implementation, with the goal of enhancing value for founders, before scaling them.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned portfolio companies, offering them a channel and point of contact for their outreach and assistance needs.
- Cultivating strong relationships with assigned portfolio companies, gaining insights into their strategic priorities, and proactively connecting them with resources within the Iterative community.
**Who You Are**:
- You may have held roles that require you to interface and align various stakeholders such as Chief of Staff, Customer Success and/or Operations.
- You have either been a Founder or have directly reported to Founders in a startup, addressing entrepreneurial challenges. Your ability to empathize with and understand the Founder's experience is essential.
- You are a creative problem solver with a positive outlook. Challenges and problems are viewed as opportunities by you.
- Embrace the generalist mindset: doing whatever it takes to successfully go 0 to 1 and get new initiatives off the ground.
- Interest in learning and working in our no-code infrastructure using tools like Airtable and Zapier.
- You are driven by metrics and comfortable with measuring the effectiveness of all your initiatives.
- You have strong communication skills—whether verbal, written, or in presentations.
