**Position : Operation Executive - Up to $7200**:

- **Working hours :5 days work week, Monday - Friday :9.00-6.00pm**:

- **Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $7200 + Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave + Medical**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To assist Trade Ops Manager to implement commodity trading contracts signed.
- To check contract clauses and to formulate relevant LC documents.
- To Liaise with commercial banks on the issuance of LCs.
- To formulate relevant LC documents and to ensure full compliance of LC documents with the terms and conditions of LCs.
- Perform the review on trading contracts and to follow up shipping logistics arrangement.
- Prepare Shipping instructions, check BL drafts and handle issuance and release of document.
- Manage logistics and interact with the team in Dubai to make sure transition of purchase to sales shipments are done on a smooth way.
- Inventory and warehouse management be able to organize collections, deliveries and releases.
- Check on invoices from service providers and make sure it is in accordance to the agreements
- in place and make sure they are paid on time
- Input new deals in systems in a timely manner and make sure all the operations is reflected within the period, issuance of invoices

**Requirements**:
:

- Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience is preferred
- Diploma or above
- Knowledge on Mates Receipt and other relevant shipping documents.
- **Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications**
