**About the Role**

With continued development and expansion of our business, we are looking for OTC Derivatives Broker to actively seek out and establish a client base and network within the industry and contribute to growing future of business with the organization.

- Provide trade support
- Monitor markets and follow financial news and developments closely;
- Develop understanding of underlying products being traded and keep up to date with knowledge of new products/procedures;
- Liaise with clients to understand their business objectives and provide a reliable and efficient broking service;
- Identify new business opportunities relating to market and client activity trends;
- Provide risk management and trade execution expertise to the structured products team;
- Maintain and timely update pricing of spreads accurately;
- Keep trade records up to date; and
- Assisting in day-to-day tasks assign by superior including but not limited to: ad hoc reporting, research and client communications.

**Job Requirement**
- At least 5 years of working experience as a Broker in related field
- Ability to work with diverse groups/ personalities
- Strong analytical ability and problem solving skills.
- Highly energetic and motivated
- Team player with strong rapport building skills
- Willing to travel overseas as and when required
