**JOB **DESCRIPTION**

Position Title **Branch Manager**

**About the Job**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet KPIs
- Achieve Personal and Outlet targeted KPIs
- Evaluate progress against KPI, identify and implement the solutions
- Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, outlet paper works, etc
- Responsible in managing Outlet Personnel

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Outlet Human Resources responsibilities (inclusive Annual Leaves, Shifts)
- Train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
- Any other duties that may be assigned to the Employee from time to time

**Experience Needed**
- Minimum GCE O Level
- 3 years relevant working experience with proven KPI achievement in a similar industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual and able to converse with Chinese speaking clients
- Strong self-motivation
- Able to deliver results under pressure and in a dynamic working environment

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (required)

**Experience**:

- relevant working experience with proven KPI achievement: 3 years (preferred)
