**Key Responsibilities**:

- **P&L Management**:Oversee the branch’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability. Connect operational activities with P&L outcomes, ensuring that all operations contribute to the branch’s financial goals.
- **Employee Management**:Lead, mentor, and develop branch staff. Conduct performance reviews, manage staffing levels, and foster a positive work environment.
- **Customer Service Management**:Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries effectively.
- **Facility Management**:Ensure the branch facility is well-maintained, safe, and compliant with all regulations.
- **Collaboration with Marketing and Sales**:Supervise and coordinate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and meet sales targets.
- **Operational Oversight**:Implement and monitor branch policies and procedures to ensure operational efficiency and compliance, identify and address operational issues, improving overall branch performance.

**Requirements**:

- Several years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within the retail, cinema, or indoor theme park industry is preferred
- Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in hiring, training, and performance management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
