**Roles & Responsibilities**

Manage and oversee the operation, cleanliness and maintenance of the outlets, ensuring it is in accordance with the company’s general policy on services by supervising and providing training to the team to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue target.
- Understands and leads all branch functions; allocates resources appropriately to meet functional and branch goals.
- Supervises the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency operations of the branch.
- Manage a team of therapists by providing guidance in achieving targets.
- Works closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development.
- Follows operating policies/procedures and ensures employee compliance.
- Ensures a safe working environment and helps develop the safety culture by maintaining equipment and facilities to company standards.
- Responsible for achieving branch sales targets.
- Respond to complaints promptly - taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests.
- Able to handle a high volume of complaints/feedback.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability).
