We are seeking a Chief Product Officer to join a late-stage product company backed by some of the region's most recognisable VCs.

As a critical member of the executive leadership team, in this role, you have significant strategic influence on the direction of the Company through direct responsibility for product vision, strategy, and new product development.

As the Chief Product Officer, you assess the commercial viability of ideas and lead product delivery from ideation, development, launch, and iteration of approaches to improve user experience.

As a seasoned leader, you are not just a manager. You are skilled at bringing cross-functional teams together and creating a robust, cohesive, collaborative team culture. You are a cultural evangelist capable of inspiring a high-performing team to set and deliver goals for the next chapter of the Company's growth journey.

**Essential skills and experience required**:

- A demonstrated track record of building and launching B2C and B2B products (Fintech, E-commerce, SaaS, B2C Telco, Insurtech) from early stages to scale and from finding product-market-fit to hyper-growth.
- Outstanding leadership skills. You naturally influence and motivate others, have a flair for unifying groups with different backgrounds, and create a sense of mutual goal.
- You are a strategist. You can look across different industries to see the big picture and what lies beyond. You can spot trends and opportunities and offer new approaches to solve old problems. You marry what the market and consumers desire and what is in the Company's best interest.
- You bring a high degree of structured thinking with the ability to break down broad goals and long-term strategies.
- You have a firm grasp of product analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs). You can use that data to deliver product innovations that transform an industry and drive revenue and positive P&L results.
- You know when to say no, and what to prioritise. You can assess which projects and products to fund, which features to build, and what products to kill.
- You are a futurist, always two steps ahead. You can look ahead at trends to see where the market is going, where our customers want to go, and where regulation is going.
