An exciting opportunity is available for a competent Chief Risk Officer to join a renowned financial institution.

We are seeking a Chief Risk Officer with strong leadership skills and knowledge in risk management, particularly in managing derivative products. In this role, you will oversee enterprise risk management, outsourcing, clearing risk management, stress testing, new product governance, and business continuity for the firm and its affiliates. As a senior risk leader, you will work closely with the management team in driving the company’s business strategy, activities, and new product launches and report to the Board on all potential material risks, including capital and liquidity needs.

To succeed in the role, you should have at least 15 years of relevant working experience in financial institutions or exchange businesses. You should have extensive hands-on knowledge of market risk models such as stress testing, liquidity, etc. Management experience is a must, and you should possess strong interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in English and Chinese, as the role requires liaison with Chinese counterparts.
