As a part of this group, the Chief Product Officer will have the opportunity to work with cutting edge technology in a rapidly growing industry.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute product strategy to achieve company goals and meet customer needs
- Develop a vision, think of the product in mid to long terms and create, share, update, and align the vision of the product with the CEO and senior management team. Build a product vision statement that acts as a guide for all the teams involved in product development.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps and communicate them effectively to stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product development supports the overall company strategy
- Conduct research and analysis to stay informed of industry trends, competitive landscape and emerging opportunities
- Lead product team to ensure effective delivery and implementation of product roadmap.
- Lead their team. CPO will lead the (VP) of product - each responsible for certain product verticals - to make their vision come true.Ensure their VP of Product can translate the vision to their product teams, who will have a more hands-on approach to implementing strategies and developing the product.
- Inspire marketing plans and promotions. Though the product vision statement also serves as a guide for the marketing team, the CPO will dive deep into market, customer, and product data to establish consumer metrics and KPIs, which are essential to gauge feedback and product performance for continuous improvement.
- Build bridges. CPOs bring out the best in others, from hiring the right people and forming future leaders to creating powerful relationships with all stakeholders to deliver the best product.
- Identify and analyze metrics to track product performance and optimize for success

**Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading product development in a software/technology organization
- Previous experience working in a financial services industry is preferred
- Experience in SaaS, Financial Services or Start up companies
- Strong track record of building and launching successful products
- Experience with product management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to use data to drive product decisions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
