**Chief Strategy Officer**

As a Chief Strategy Officer in Microtube Technologies, you are responsible for leading and orchestrating the team to effectively build and implement local and global strategies in China. You will also strategize the company’s fundraising and partnership strategies to find ways to expand our product and services to existing and new clients.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Ideate, develop and implement corporate strategies for scale-up adoption.
- Engage with stakeholders for market launches and product offerings.
- Work closely with government and commercial partners to drive acquisition.
- Create landing opportunities in China for scale up, mass manufacturing and adoption.
- Syndicate fundraising deals with existing and new investors, family offices and VCs.
- Drive the branding, culture, growth and innovation within the company.
- Research and analysis related to potential market launches and product offerings.
- Enhancing business relationship with new and existing clients.
- Support company strategy development and project management as well as the implementation of internal improvement measures.
- Create monthly, quarterly, annually reports to stakeholders with strategy and drive decisions from the stakeholders.

- Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong in branding and building relationship
- Experience in scaling companies, business development, and managing investment portfolios
- Skilled in structuring investment deals, developing financial models, and negotiating legal agreements
- Familiar with China market will be an advantage
- Willing to relocate to China in the future will be an advantage
