Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies that align with overall business objectives, focusing on operational efficiencies in user acquisition, engagement, and conversion across the platform.
- Collaborate closely with C-level executives to define growth roadmaps, identify market opportunities, and prioritise initiatives based on data-driven insights.
- Partner with the marketing team to streamline operations, including campaign optimisation, A/B testing, and performance tracking, ensuring all efforts contribute to scalable growth.
- Analyse data intelligence from various sources (e.g., user behaviour, market trends, competitive landscapes) to inform decisions and convert insights into high-ROI outcomes.
- Oversee the integration of growth tactics involving crypto, trading platforms, CFDs, ETFs, and related financial products to attract and retain high-value users.
- Build and lead cross-functional teams to implement growth experiments, monitor KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI), and iterate based on results.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in fintech, crypto, and trading, adapting strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience (8+ years) in growth operations, business strategy, or related roles within fintech, crypto, or trading platforms; prior leadership in scaling digital platforms is essential.
- Strong background in crypto and deep understanding of trading mechanisms, including CFDs, ETFs, and other financial derivatives.
- Expertise in data intelligence tools and analytics is a plus with a track record of translating data into ROI-focused strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with C-level executives and marketing teams in a dynamic, high-stakes environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills, with a bias toward action and experimentation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., in fintech or data analytics) are a plus.
- Willingness to be based in Hong Kong or Singapore, with occasional travel between offices or to key markets.
- Passion for innovation in growth hacking, with a metrics-oriented mindset and a love for diving deep into data to drive business impact.
