As our Head of Operations s, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our products reach customers across Asia smoothly and efficiently. From managing freight, supplier relationships, to optimising inventory and fulfilment, you’ll be the backbone of our operations. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and product quality standards Manage 3PL warehouses in Singapore and overseas, ensuring full SLA compliance, performance visibility, and cost efficiency. Oversee all regional freight and logistics, including international shipments, customs clearance, and inbound/outbound coordination, minimizing delays and freight costs. Maintain end-to-end inventory control across all warehouses and channels; reconcile counts weekly and ensure data consistency across systems. Build inventory forecasts and replenishment plans using sales velocity, campaign schedules, and production lead times. Oversee QC processes to ensure all goods meet quality and labeling standards before dispatch. Implement SOPs and automation for core operational workflows — from order processing to stock transfers — to improve speed and accuracy. Lead operational planning for product launches, regional expansions, and retail rollouts, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met. Drive continuous improvement in warehouse efficiency, process design, and resource utilization to lower cost per order. Control and optimize logistics, fulfillment, and storage budgets to maintain profitability while scaling.
