
Receptionist Admin

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and attend to walk-in visitors in a professional manner; serve refreshments when required
- Handle incoming phone call, as well as incoming/outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Monitor office supplies and ensure timely replenishment of stationery and pantry items
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and general office support
- Assist in meeting room setting up and arrangements
- Support travel bookings, restaurant reservations, and transportation arrangements for management and staff
- Assist in employee onboarding/offboarding processes, including the workstations preparation, access control setup/removal, and issuance of office supplies
- Support in organizing staff functions and team building activities
- Provide general administrative support to the office and management team
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in receptionist or administrative support roles
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking staff and vendors)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
