- Sales, customer service and relationship management
- Providing sales service & consultation to all potential customers
- Perform administrative support on customer registration and follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, invoice generation & payment collections
- Undertake property management tasks such as looking after lighting, power, air conditioning of the property, security and fire safety etc.
- Collaborate with a team to formulate marketing promotions and collateral

**Job Requirements**:

- Strong sales and relationship management
- Customer Service oriented, friendly, cheerful, and self-motivated
- Team player and can work independently as well
- Enjoys building sales relationships with prospective clients
- Professional service mind-set and takes pride in building a brand experience for the customers

**Experience & Qualifications**:

- Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years sales, customer service, and relationship management
- Cold/warm sales phone call experience an advantage
- Consumer-facing experiences including retail sales an advantage
- Malaysians are welcome to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month

License/Certification:
