Strategic Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a results-driven strategic accounts manager to join our expanding organization, to manage our current accounts, while identifying new business opportunities to generate sales and new accounts
Through this, the individual should be proactively responsible for achieving or surpassing the sales quota and profitable sales volume of the organization

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain assigned key accounts and establish strong, long-term client relationships
- Respond to specific queries in a timely and effective manner
- Prepare competitive quotations and tailor innovative recommendations/solutions to the clients' needs
- Communicate with major clients on a regular basis to monitor their expectations and satisfaction
- Identifying new business opportunities and contacting prospective clients to promote the company’s products and services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue flows from the allocated accounts
- Establishing efficient communication channels and liaise between key clients and internal departments to increase sales
- Resolve payment collections and invoice ageing issues with customers when required
- Sales forecasting, monitoring, and timely interventions
- Business planning and strategy recommendations for the business
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in relevant/related fields
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Strategic Accounts Manager, Key Accounts Manager or similar
- At least 3-5 Year(s) of B2B sales experience in the semiconductor/electronics industry or relevant/related industries
- Good command of the English language and the individual’s Mother Tongue
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building strong client relationships
- Admirable organizational and time management skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
- Strong negotiation skills, analytical abilities with a problem-solving attitude
