**Role Overview**: As a Business Sales Associate, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our company and its clients. Your focus will be on actively seeking new business opportunities while nurturing relationships with existing clients. By understanding their needs and challenges, you will provide tailored solutions and introduce new products to drive growth and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients.
- Understand clients' needs and business objectives to deliver customized solutions.
- Manage both new and existing client accounts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- **Sales Target Achievement**:
- Actively pursue new customers to achieve revenue growth and meet sales targets.
- Retain and grow revenue from existing customers through effective relationship management.
- Negotiate and close deals while addressing customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, for a cohesive client management approach.
- Share insights and client feedback to help improve products and services.
- **Performance Monitoring and Reporting**:
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
**Qualifications and Criteria**:

- **Expertise**:
- Bachelor’s degree or local diploma acquired.
- Educational background in business, sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within a service or product-based industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving orientation.
- Proven negotiation and closing abilities, with a knack for understanding clients' business needs.
- **Additional Skills**:
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in technology and systems, including experience with CRM software.
- Ability to follow processes and workflows effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,100.00 - $5,000.00 per month
