**Business Operations Specialist, SEA**
**Singapore (office-based)**

FOREO is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Business Operations Specialist to join our SEA team. The primary goal of this position is to help the team with the timely execution of business operations to maximize sales & overall business growth across SEA

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Participate in sales strategy creation and business development to enhance business growth
- Maximize sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the customer's needs.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Create, develop and maintain the product (device and cosmetics) registration database
- Collaborate with Sourcing in obtaining optimal offers and solutions for production and final verification of manufactured materials
- Creating Planograms for Retail
- Manage upload of launch product information on retailer platform for code creation in system
- Monitor retailers stock inventory and maintain a healthy stock level
- Order processing and coordination with logistics team to ensure timely order fulfilment
- Review 3PL warehouse monthly replenishment with Demand Planner to ensure sufficient stocks for key campaigns
- Process monthly sales report for Finance billing
- Monthly SOA tracking
- Upload product information for launches on retailer platforms (e.g. Sephora)
- Provide general support to the team
- All other activities according to Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in business operations/sales support and/or customer service is strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills - ability to manage & fulfill purchase orders across different retailers within the Southeast Asia (SEA) and India regions
- Demonstrated commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Fluent proficiency in both verbal and written communication in English and Mandarin
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
