Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee TikTok matrix operations, including account positioning, growth strategies, content scheduling and planning, uploading and publishing, copyright management, comment moderation, and public sentiment monitoring.
  • Conduct in-depth research on preferences in overseas markets and TikTok's distribution mechanisms to produce videos that align with platform standards and user preferences, creating viral content and driving internal traffic.
  • Monitor platform user feedback and respond promptly to maintain a strong brand image.
  • Analyze best practices within the industry and track competitor activities to refine and iterate operational strategies.

Position Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experiences in the entertainment or content industry, with experience in content operations or social media operations are preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree and above.
  • Familiarity with overseas short video platform distribution mechanisms, with strong insight into content creation and key market trends. Proven experience in creating viral content is an advantage.
  • Possess basic proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere, and similar tools, with a creative approach to storytelling, trend adaptation, and TikTok content operations.
  • Strong passion for diverse forms of entertainment content, particularly Asian contents, including films, television series, variety shows, and dramas.
  • As this role involves managing the Thai official accounts, liaising with the local team in Thailand, and focusing on the Thailand market, proficiency in the Thai language at a basic to advanced level will be a strong advantage. OR
  • As this role involves managing the Malay official accounts and focusing on the Malay market and local audience, proficiency in the Malay language at a basic to advanced level will be a strong advantage.
