
Partnership and Growth Executive

As part of our growth, we look to our Partnerships to open new doors. He/ she is involved in planning and execution of successful partnerships with value added companies: from identifying the right partners, proposing exciting partnership concepts, negotiating win-win commercial and marketing terms, and finishing with a strong focus on data and consumer experience.
**Role & Responsibilities**:
- Develop partnership strategies, including a framework for partnership models between company and other industry players across different categories and sectors
- Analyze partnership proposals, assess merits of the partnership, and propose recommendations on possible partnership models
- Maintain a good understanding of the brand and identify potential partners for collaboration
- Propose angles for collaboration and pitch to partners to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Be involved in negotiations with partners on collaboration details and execution of the partnership, including manage the different stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to grow local collaborations into regional or strategic partnerships
- Track and analyze performance and effectiveness of the partnership to continually optimize partnership models
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business
- Strong account management capabilities with proven track record in managing partnerships with start-ups and corporates
- Excellent intercommunication skills
- Keen aptitude for networking
- Strong commercial accument to identify growth opportunities and build reliable models for business growth
- Knowledge in cryptocurrency and e-commerce is a good
