**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for all matters related to booking and appointment making for service and events
- First and main point of contact for customer support requests
- Obtain accurate customer personal particulars and details
- Ensure all calls, including customer compliments, feedbacks and complaints are logged in CRM system
- Follow-up and set customer expectations on the next steps in the service delivery process
- Provide best effort advice to customer in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in special product campaign or promotions
- Assist in generating reports as and when required

Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of working experience in Customer Service industry
- Has strong passion and excellent in customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Multitasking and time-management skills, meticulous with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Good team player
