We’re looking for a personable and customer-centric Admissions Executive to ensure meaningful learning experiences for our students.

**Key responsibilities**
- Facilitate online training courses, assisting trainees with their attendance for weekly courses, meeting course assessment criteria and submitting capstone projects.
- Managing and liaising with course trainers and teaching assistants for the provision of training courses and learning support for trainees.
- Sourcing for passionate instructors to join our instructional team
- Arrange all the logistics to ensure the smooth and successful running of the courses by planning and organizing manpower to facilitate operations
- Manage class group chats by responding to queries from trainees and providing support where required.
- Collect and analyze trainee feedback on training courses. Subsequently implement improvements based on feedback.
- Manage and liaise with course trainers and teaching assistants to improve the learning experience of students
- Preparation of certifications for students as and when requested after each completion of the training courses
- Handle and process student's queries/requests on re-assessment, deferment, programme switch and withdrawal.
- Follow-up on outstanding matters after the programmes to ensure good customer service delivered

**Requirements**:

- A recognized Degree in any related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration and training support operation
- Have a passion for education and technology
- Excellent communication and written skills
- Organized and meticulous
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills
- Demonstrate a positive attitude with integrity and drive for excellence in work
- A self-starter that loves a fast-paced environment and new challenges
- High level of initiative with the ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
