**Key Responsibilities**
**Lead Management & Conversion**
- Follow up on all leads provided by the marketing team and other channels
- Contact parents via phone, WhatsApp, WeChat, and in-person consultations to introduce our courses and teaching advantages
- Schedule student assessments, trial lessons, and campus tours
- Manage the entire admissions process from first contact to confirmed enrolment
**Channel Development & Student Recruitment**
- Actively develop personal and team recruitment channels (parent groups, school area promotions, partner organisations, etc.)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement partnership activities and lead generation campaigns
- Gather market feedback and parent needs to help refine recruitment strategies
**Event Support**
- Assist the marketing team in executing offline events (Open Houses, Education Fairs, Parent Seminars)
- Handle lead registration, parent enquiries, and on-site conversions during events
- Conduct timely follow-up with potential leads post-event to maximise conversions
**Data & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information in the CRM system
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on conversion rates, client feedback, and channel performance
- Analyse admissions data and recommend improvements for higher efficiency
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions, course consultancy, customer service, or related roles (education industry preferred)
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Chinese (spoken & written) to communicate effectively with parents from diverse backgrounds
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with a friendly and approachable personality
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Prior experience in tuition centres, enrichment schools, or international school admissions is a plus
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events and parent activities
