Student Admission and Support Executive

Student Admission and Support Staff (Officer / Executive):
1. plan, strategize, execute and be responsible for public relations and public awareness; handling customer relationships, and customer management processes.
2. generate attendance reports weekly and monthly from the school system and check the entries for any exceptions. Ensure the attendance reports across all classes are filed monthly and timely.
3. plan, strategize, execute and be responsible for vendor procurement and inventory management.
4. to assist student admissions and withdrawals processes.
5. to assist in executing and filing KKIS’s student P-files & other admissions documents and checklist reports, administrative documents, and collate and maintains monthly student attendance reports from all classes.
6. be responsible in executing administrative tasks assigned such as school bus logistics and transport coordination with students, parents, and staff.
7. be involved in matters pertaining to statutory compliances such as Enhanced Registration Framework, EduTrust Certification, and other regulatory compliances
8. be involved in events (in or out of KKIS premises) pertaining to KKIS promotions and marketing activities such as ‘Open Houses’ and ‘Road Shows’.
9. be involved in annual stock count exercise.
10. be involved in adhoc assignments or duties that your superior(s) may assign to you.
