**The Role**

Reporting to the Merchandise Manager and Category Managers, you are responsible to provide administrative and analytical support to the team. In the course of your work, you will liaise with suppliers, operations and marketing to ensure smooth execution of product listing and promotion. In addition, you will provide timely and accurate reports and analysis to the management.

**Principal Accountabilities**

1. Prepare and submit all system maintenance forms to GBA daily before the cut-off time

2. Prepare payment requisition

3. Prepare monthly billing for claims/promotion/new product listings, & etc

4. Liaise with suppliers on promotions forms and claims and settle discrepancies

5. Prepare and compile agency format for submission to marketing, store bulletin and letter of authorization to vendors

6. Prepare sales report and analysis for Merchandise Manager and Category Manager

7. Prepare article creation for national Brand and own Brand

8. Prepare supply chain OSD file and spaceman file

9. Raise supply chain: GRN888, GRN999, ad-hoc allocation and expiry feedback

10. Prepare promotion listing via securing support, consolidation and running tool

11. Prepare BMO slides presentation and meeting

12. Any other ad-hoc administrative tasks

**About You**
- Minimum Diploma in Business Management
- Min 1 year of relevant experience in retail industry
- Dynamic, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication (spoken and written) and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Experience in FMCG will be an advantage
