**How You Will Work With Us**:
The Sales Consultant is responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs. You will be responsible for obtaining new accounts and buyers, sourcing for leads on your own to supplement leads provided by Gush, if any, fulfilling existing accounts and closed sales by working with the Operations team whilst managing customer relations as you are supported by the Customer Experience team. You will ensure that the customer’s various touchpoints with the brand is a delightful experience whilst meeting your monthly revenue targets. You will be accountable for and additionally remunerated accordingly to the amount of collected revenue from closed projects.
Functionally, you will develop relationships with would-be clients and accounts, source for potential ways to scale and grow that customer base and close and convert leads into actual sales. Additionally, you should up-sell and extend the LTV of any leads you close, manage customer issues professionally, and be on top of your administrative aspects of your role. You will be required to travel much within Singapore, and thus time management of various appointments will be key.
Depending on your experience in sales, industry exposure and/or educational background, you may be offered the position of Assistant Sales Consultant, Sales Consultant, or Senior Sales Consultant. Seniority of the role affects the amount of basic wages, which affects your targets commensurately.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Present, promote and sell Gush’s products and services with convincing value propositions to existing and prospective customers
- Ability to identify pain points and best angles to close leads with a high conversion rate
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing and prospective customers to convince them of Gush’s value proposition
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer networks and relationships
- Supplement any leads given by Gush with personal efforts to seed, grow and harvest leads of your own
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximise satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members
- Work well cross-departmentally with the Operations team for fulfilment
- Work well cross-departmentally with the Customer Experience team for customer relationship management
- Work well cross-departmentally with the Marketing team to optimise the sales funnel and grow revenue
- Analyse the market’s potential and hunt for under-utilised ways of gaining more market share
- Provide management with sales and status reports
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services
- Provide management with feedback on pricing
- Keep abreast of best sales practices and promotional trends in the market for adaptation to use in Gush
- Other ad-hoc duties as required
**Requirements & Experience**:
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales, with an added advantage for having operated in the construction or paint and coatings industry
- Ability to learn to use various tech stacks as necessary, including ERP systems
- Familiarity with CRM practices and systems
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
