Reservation Support

**Duties and Responsibilities:
**Reservation Support**:
- To prepare tour invoices and tour reservations /amendments
- To handle the daily action reports, tour cancellation/amendment reports.
- To answer phone queries from agents
- To maintain a high-quality level of accuracy of all documentations.
- To monitor and control all documents stock which includes bags, wallets, name tags, tour vouchers and itinerary leaflets.
- Other duties as assigned
**Requirements:
- Minimum 2years working experience in Travel and Hospitality
- Work under pressure and multi-tasks while maintaining professional rapport with clients
- Preferably with GDS experience
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Independent and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service oriented
- Meticulous, Hard working and Possess positive attitude
- Able to work independently
