**About the Role:
**Join a leading private equity firm as a **Finance Lead **, where you will oversee all aspects of **Fund Finance and Corporate Accounting **, leading a team of 4-5 finance professionals. This is a pivotal role combining strategic financial management, team leadership, and active collaboration with the front office on **M&A transactions **.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Fund Finance Management**:Oversee fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, investor reporting, and performance analysis.
- **Corporate Accounting Operations**:Lead month-end closings, compliance, financial statements, and variance analysis.
- **Team Leadership**:Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering collaboration and excellence.
- **Process Improvement**:Identify and implement efficiencies in financial operations and reporting.
- **M&A Support**:Collaborate with the front office on due diligence, financial modeling, and acquisition integration.
- **Portfolio Oversight**:Manage financial processes for portfolio companies on a project basis.
- **Stakeholder Communication**:Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, investors, and regulatory bodies.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CFA preferred.
- **Experience**:12+ years in fund finance, corporate accounting, or private equity operations.
- **Expertise**:In-depth knowledge of private equity fund structures, compliance, and financial reporting.
- **Skills**:Proven leadership, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and strong stakeholder engagement skills.
