**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING (Position Overview)**
The (Senior) Business Development Manager, Industry Sales will drive the company’s achievement
of customer acquisition and revenue goals in the ASEAN region. You will be responsible for
growing the business by closely engaging with key strategic partners in various market segments
and system integrators by providing **RFID solutions**. You will deliver sustained revenue growth
through the acquisition of new customers and retention of existing customers.
- Develop a thorough understanding of market conditions and drive profitable growth and business development activities throughout the RFID market.
- Grow revenue by achieving sales objectives with end-users and key partners by building strong, multi-level relationships.
- Provide product support, recommendations, samples, technical support, training and service information to customers on demand.
- A good flair with customers and be able to manage meetings with senior management
- independently.
- Seek out market trends and intelligence. Utilize and share external and internal data
- regarding competitors’ products, pricing, extent, and nature of their business with
- customers.
- Lead and guide the team in growing the market and customer interaction. Provide coaching to the team.
**WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING TO THE TEAM**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Five (5) or more years of successful commercial experience, RFID technology or
business to business preferred.
- ** Solid understanding of business and finance and with certain understanding of the**
**RFID industry.**:
- Proven track record in developing customer relationships, and accelerating sales
growth.
- Ability to effectively develop go-to-market strategy, as well as execute activities.
- Skilled in formulating account strategies and tactics, time management, project
planning, and organizing.
- Strong financial skills and business acumen.
- Ability to work independently (remote sales office).
- Strong English communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, and written communications skills.
- Up to 50% travel may be required (post-Covid)
